K3 Business Technology Group PCL, a Microsoft Dynamics AX partner, has just reported that it has seen 20% year-on-year growth for December 2014. They claim that the success is in part due to significant sales of Microsoft’s new flagship Dynamics AX product.
Who is K3?
K3 is an international software and service provider. They offer products to more than 3,000 companies around the world, and they claim that their K3 business solution is used by 20 countries across the globe.
In December 2014, the company was given membership to Microsoft’s Global Independent Software Vendor programme, making it one of only 25 companies internationally included. This has no doubt contributed to their success.
In recent months, K3 has found itself struggling with debt, but thanks to their 20% boost in December, net debt at the end of the month showed reductions. Capital was generated from the collection of annual license fees through the period. The company also sells Dynamics NAV, and the period also saw a sales increase in this market. However, AX remained the real driver of growth.
The company will reveal their half-year results in March, so at that point we hope to get a closer, more detailed look at how the Dynamics AX software that they sell has helped them.
