We’re adding to our Dynamics CRM tips: if you have tried to add Company Name to a view in Dynamics CRM you will have noticed that it is not displayed in the list of available fields. The good news is that it is there, just hidden when we initially go into this form.
This is a bug and has been reported to Microsoft…suffice to say there is a workaround! Here is how you solve it.
1. Whilst in the add columns form, select Record Type of Parent Account for Lead (Account) and sort by name.
2. Then select Record Type of Lead again and sort by name, the Company Name should now display in the list.
